Norman M. Oliver has been a leader in the City of Wilmington and the State of Delaware since he graduated from Delaware State University in 1985 with a bachelor’s degree in social work. Norman has been an elected official and has run national, statewide and local political campaigns, and many organizations, both non-profit and for-profit, have sought.
Mr. Oliver for guidance and leadership. Norman is a successful entrepreneur and currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Delaware State University and Sterling Bank and is active in the Wilmington Rotary Club, the Monday Club and Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity.
